Jenny Vallely – Practice Manager

Jenny is responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the practice. She looks after our staff and all HR matters and is happy to help with any queries or difficulties you may experience whilst accessing our services. Your suggestions are always welcome and help us to improve our service to our patients so please contact Jenny with any ideas or concerns you may have.

Mr Michael Mack Smith – Business Manager

Michael looks after the financial and contractual aspects of running the practice. He also looks after our IT systems.

Reception

Our staff are here to make appointments, answer your queries and give advice about services offered. Please give them as much information as possible.

On telephone enquiries, we will check your identity before divulging any information. Please remember that everyone working at the surgery has signed a confidentiality clause in their contract and this is strictly adhered to.
