The telephone is very busy in the mornings so, if possible, please ring on non-urgent matters in the afternoons. There are six lines and if the reception staff do not answer immediately it is because they are busy on other lines.

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:00 and 08:30 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on bank holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.
