We are continuing to provide GP services as we have throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.  We are prioritising delivering care and services based on clinical needs and in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure that has been put in place by NHS England and NHS Improvement.

Due to coronavirus, how you contact us will be different at the moment. This is to help stop the spread of coronavirus to other patients and our staff.

If you need medical advice or treatment, please complete an eConsult enquiry. The link can be found below and on the home page of this website. You will receive a response within two working days. Enquiries will be assessed by our clinical team and contact made according to clinical urgency.

When you complete your eConsult enquiry, you will be asked to provide some information about your healthcare needs. This will help the practice healthcare team assess the most appropriate way to provide your care, which may include a face-to-face consultation, and ensure it is provided by the most appropriate person. Face-to-face appointments are available to all patients where there is a clinical need and these will be assessed by the GP. They may ‘phone you as part of this process or ask another member of our team to ‘phone you

Online consultation requests for non-urgent help can be made at any time. They will be responded to as soon as possible, usually within two working days. Alternatively, visit the local pharmacy for advice about taking your medication and clinical advice on minor health concerns.

For urgent issues or out of hours, you can also call the NHS on 111 or go online to seek NHS advice For life-threatening emergencies, please dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.

Appointments are being delivered face-to-face, by telephone calls and messaging to your mobile or computer – the practice team will assess what is most appropriate for you and if you have a preference you can discuss this with them. Your preference will be considered but may not be possible as we continue to prioritise those with the greatest clinical need.

This short NHS video provides further information on how General Practice is meeting the needs of its patients both during and as we gradually come out of the pandemic:
